You can choose an honest bowl (that comes with bread), or a mini bowl, wrap, or salad. The bowls have rice but they top it with a little salad. Get your sauce on the top or the side (I suggest one top.) 10/10 will definitely take the drive and go back here soon! ”

“ 2941 Street Food is a good fast casual restaurant for Mediterranean food. They offer a variety of options for meat, sauces, salads, and additional toppings. While I typically choose to order a bowl with basmati rice, they also offer sandwiches and full size salads with their fresh baked Samoon bread. When entering the restaurant there is a menu board displayed in front of you, and then you walk up to the counter to order. The setup is comparable to a Chipotle or Qdoba. For dine in they currently give you a ceramic bowl for your meal, and for takeout they offer paper. After you eat there is a station to drop off your dishes and trays. After telling the employee if you would like a bowl, salad, sandwich, etc. then your item will travel down the line and you can pick various sauces and salads to top it with. The amount of choices can be a little overwhelming, but after being here a few times I have my order down. Every time I have been here the employees have been very generous with the portion sizes for all of the toppings, and have not hesitated to put some toppings on the side when asked. Today I asked for only a small amount of toppings, and for my hummus to be on the side instead of on top of my bowl. Today they used a scale to measure out the meat for my bowl and that serving was also very generous. I had a mini bowl for dine in and I definitely felt it was worth the money. I chose to add the Samoon bread on the side for an additional $1. The bread is freshly baked and amazing. Sometimes you do have to wait for the fresh bread but it is well worth the time. Once you have chosen all your toppings you pay with the cashier and then you can take your tray with you and find a table. I have come during weekday lunch and have always been able to find seating. Overall I feel that 2941 is a good fast casual option, particularly for people who are gluten free and/or trying to make some healthier choices. The price is a bit high, but you can tell they use quality ingredients and all of their employees have always been nice and willing to help! ”

“ This is similar to a chipotle concept of ordering a pre-determined bowl or creating your own bowl. I really appreciated that when you first come in, there is a wall with the pictures of the different items you can pick for your bowl because I wasn't familiar with some of the items. I did a custom bowl half/half with the zartar steak and lamb. I asked for the kale salad and the blaze hummus. This bowl was magnificent. The flavors were great and it was good quantity of food. Everything tasted fresh and light. The hummus was perfect and the blaze sauce gave it the spice I needed. If I knew the blaze sauce would be that delicious, I'd of asked for more of it in my food. The bowls came with fresh warm bread (I saw them make it while I was waiting). I was obsessed with this bread. It was fluffy and warm and fantastic. It was a really nice size to come with the bowl. There were tables to sot down at if you wanted to dine in. I would 10/10 recommend this place. ”

“ Had the steak bowl, and the lamb sandwich. Total $31.xx Came in extra hungry and I gotta say this place did not disappoint. The bowl was very filling and had a nice variety of Mediterranean sides, sush as fatoush, hummus, pickled beets and vegetables. It also came with the same bread that they used to make the sandwich, so felt like a good deal. They don't skimp on the meat, so I was happy with that. The only thing is that it was lukewarm/ borderline cold (maybe because of the cold sides), but that made the experience a little less enjoyable. On the other hand, the sandwich was filling, warm, and delicious. It also had plenty of lamb. Felt like all he ingredients jived together here. 5/5 dish, would order again. The service was good too. We said it was our first time, and they pointed us in the right direction. ambiance is spacious and clean. Nothing wrong there. ”

“ This is a build your own Mediterranean sandwich or bowl place. They have a number of bases, proteins, sauces, torshi, and salads to choose from and they all look rather delicious. I built my own sandwich and it was rather large, and could have probably been made into two meals. . But it was too good. ”

“ Always tasty. We ordered Doordash from here last Sunday. I used to frequent the Birmingham location and then it moved to Royal Oak, this is another location that is now close to me. The sandwiches are pricey but are some of the most delicious Mediterranean sandwiches I have had. I did the make your own sandwich and I ordered half tandoori chicken and half pork, with various vegetables and also garlic and tandoori sauce. Make sure to ask for a side of the samoon chips - they come in your sandwich but they will give you a side for free. Last time I ordered Doordash from the Royal Oak location they did not honor my request for the side but this location did, which was awesome. They are basically like very tasty bagel chips, but even better. Highly recommend the sandwiches here and at some point I will stop by the brick and mortar location instead of doing delivery. ”
